Daily Schedule: 9:00 am-3:00 pm
Drop-off: 8:30 am (Mon) / 8:45 am (Tue-Fri) Pick-up: 12:15 pm (for AM only) / 3:00 pm (for full day)

Open to kids of 4 years old (by 8/31/2012) - 5th grade (by July 2012)
STUDENT REGISTRATION

3) Registration will be closed when spaces are filled or after 6/1.
4) Unregistered or drop in student during VBS will not be accepted.
Fees · Morning Programs: $30/student ($50 after 6/1) · Full Day Programs: $90/student ($110 after 6/1) · Late charge for pick-up after 12:20 pm or 3:05 pm: $10 per 15 minutes
Cancellation Policy
· Cancellation request must be issued in writing to CGCM VBS by 6/1 for a full refund. · No refund will be granted after 6/1.

FOR VOLUNTEERS
Code of Dress
· Wear volunteer t-shirts every day with name tags · Modest outfits (shorts or skirts at/near knee-length or longer) · Wear running shoes (no flip-flops)
Code of Conduct
· Present an example of Christian consideration, sensitivity and respect to others and church property through language and behavior · No use of cell phone during VBS · No chewing gums
DAILY OPERATION
Crews (Small Groups)
Each morning, kids of mixed ages join crews with teenage or adult leaders for morning activities.
· Elementary Crews: 5 kids/crew (kindergarten-5th grade) · Preschool Crews: 5 kids/crew (ages 4-5)
Morning Stations
Each morning, kids will rotate through activity stations with their crews, which are designed to reinforce the Bible Point of that day in a hands-on fun way that will keep all kids engaged.

Afternoon Workshops
· Elementary students will choose from the workshops in the afternoon (a list of classes will become available soon and class registration link will be sent to registered parents). · Preschool students will enjoy special and carefully designed afternoon activities.
PARENTS
Drop-off/Pick-up
1) Drop-off place:

2) Pick-up place:
· Preschool inside church at preschool station · elementary inside the MPR
3) Drop-off time:
· 8:30-9:00 am (Monday) · 8:45-9:00 am (Tuesday-Friday)
4) Pick-up time*:
· 3:00 pm · 12:15 pm
*Charge for late pick-up: $10 per 15 minutes (After 12:20 pm or 3:05 pm)
Pick-Up Notes
Children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian every day. If you are unable to pick up your kids at time of dismissal, please submit to Registration Team a note with your signature to authorize another adult to pick up your child. A photo ID must be presented to identify the adult as the authorized pick-up person.
PRESCHOOL INFORMATION
Preschool Backpack/Bag
Preschoolers will need to pack a clearly labeled backpack or bag with the following items that will be kept at church during VBS:
· sunscreen · extra change of clothing · blanket for quiet time · pillow
Please label every item in the bag with your child’s first and last name. The bag shall be received on Day 1 and will be sent home on Day 5. Quiet time will be scheduled each day after lunch.
STUDENT GENERAL INFORMATION
Label Your Personal Belongings
· Label everything with student's first name and last name Lunch
· Pack a bag lunch that does not require heating up or refrigeration · No peanuts/nuts product in the lunch
Clothes
· A change of t-shirt and sun block can be packed in a labeled plastic bag (may be kept in the church during the VBS week) · Modest outfits (shorts or skirts at/near knee-length or longer) · Shirts cover both front and back to the waist · Sleeveless tops must have straps at least two finger widths wide (no spaghetti straps) · Hats during outdoor game times are permitted · Show no underwear at all time
Shoes
· Wear running shoes daily · No flip flops are allowed
Toys or gums or jewelry of any kind shall NOT be brought to church
Food/Snack Policy
We notice there are children with severe food allergies, so we will set up a peanut-free table during lunch time. Students with food allergies are requested to bring in own snack each day. Parents may check for the ingredients of daily provided VBS snacks and decide if own snack is needed.
Allergies
Children with severe allergies please provide either an Epipen or appropriate medicine in a labeled plastic bag with your child’s name, emergency number and allergy clearly stated. This will be left at the Nurse's Station during the week.
